Bobby Rathore

Bobby is an associate in the Commercial Group in London, where he advises clients on a variety of commercial, regulatory and transactional matters, often with technology at the core. He has a particular focus on work in the media, entertainment and sport, retail and technology sectors. Bobby advises on a wide range of commercial contracts, including software licensing, the supply of goods and services, terms and conditions of service for digital platforms, promotional terms, commercial exploitation of data and projects involving the deployment of emerging technologies. He has experience working on specific commercial transactions and larger transformational projects. Bobby has also built on his industry experience and developed an acute commercial insight through two secondments in-house at a fast growing retail company and at a major film studio, having joined Bird & Bird in 2018, and qualified into the Commercial team in 2020.
