James has experience in a wide range of intellectual property matters, with a focus on transactional IP work James is an associate in Bird & Bird's Intellectual Property practice, based in London. James' practice is centred around advising clients on a variety of transactional IP work. He has growing experience of advising clients in relation to the transfer of intellectual property rights, both in the context of stand alone transactions or as part of complex corporate matters including international M&A and investment transactions.
