EU Copyright Directive Tracker Launch

Today, we launch our EU Copyright Directive Tracker, which will help you keep up-to-date with recent developments on the implementation of the Copyright Directive. The tracker also gives you direct access to all of our news items on this subject matter which are hosted here on MediaWrites.

The implementation date for the Copyright Directive is 6 June 2021, so most member states are still at an early stage in deciding how to implement its provisions. France, however, has already implemented part of the Directive and other countries are running consultation processes.

You’ll notice that the tracker is looking quite bare at the moment, but we will be updating it regularly as and when there are developments to report, so stay tuned!

If you have any questions about this tracker or about the Copyright Directive in general, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
