In recent weeks, a number of high profile figures in the entertainment industry have been on the receiving end of very serious allegations of sexual harassment. The sheer number of allegations which has been made (to date) and the fact that many go decades back only goes to highlight the very real issues surrounding the reporting and handling of harassment incidents, whether of a sexual nature or otherwise. In this article, Julian Bohm examines how employers can proactively ensure that they are doing all they can to address such issues in the workplace.
