Franz is a senior counsel in our international IP group based in Munich.
Franz specialises in all aspects of IP law and advises in particular in the areas of unfair competition, trade mark, design and copyright law. He also advises clients in the areas of sports and media law and has a vast experience in the areas of Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
